How many participants for a VR activity? The guide to rotations

"There are 150 of us — is that even doable?" Yes, as long as you orchestrate the flow. Here's the logic of rotations that keeps a large group moving.

You don't play VR 200 at a time

Each station takes a few players at once. The total number therefore depends on the number of stations, the length of the sessions and the time available. Calculating that flow is exactly our job.

20 to 50 people

One to several stations, quick rotations, a convivial format. Ideal for a team evening or a small seminar.

100 to 200+ people

A reinforced setup, multi-station hosting, teams competing and a projected leaderboard. We pace the sessions across the whole event to avoid queues.

The right question to ask

Less "how many headsets?" than "how many participants, over how much time?". Give us that framework and we'll size the stations and technicians accordingly.

Tell us your number of participants and your time slot — we'll work out the setup.
